For more than 26 years, Ahmed has brought a full-circle perspective to Chicago real estate, connecting brokerage, development, finance, construction, and asset management under one trusted roof.
An Illinois Tech Stuart School of Business alumnus, Ahmed began with ground-up developments and investment projects in the late 1990s. That experience shaped a practical understanding of market cycles, zoning, construction feasibility, asset performance, and the decisions that turn property into enduring value.
Today, Ahmed leads 360 Chicago Realty with a hands-on, client-first approach informed by close attention to Chicago’s housing trends and broader economic forces. His work spans residential and commercial brokerage, Sharia-compliant home-financing guidance, investment strategy, and full-service remodeling throughout Chicago and its surrounding communities.

A Dalhousie University graduate, Amera developed her design experience with RH across Ontario, Pittsburgh, and Oak Brook. Working within a brand known for complete-room concepts sharpened her eye for furnishings, scale, spatial balance, material selection, and the many details that create a cohesive home.
Fluent in English and Arabic, Amera listens closely to how clients want to live, then translates that vision into warm, considered spaces with a clear sense of purpose and personality.

Mortgage Finance Specialist
Miz brings more than two decades of mortgage-industry experience and a deep commitment to helping families understand their financing options.
A University of Illinois Chicago graduate with a bachelor’s degree focused on finance and information systems, Miz began his mortgage career at age 17. He progressed from telemarketing to loan origination, licensed mortgage brokerage, branch management, and his current role as Managing Director at CrossCountry Mortgage.
His experience spans home purchases, refinancing, residential and commercial financing, and real estate guidance. As a partner of 360 Chicago Realty, Miz helps clients approach affordability, savings, and financing strategy with clarity and confidence. NMLS #174508.
